Ultra Heat Resistance Polyester Resin NH8303 with Baking Temperature at 300°C

◇ Applications:

NH8303 is a saturated carboxyl polyester resin for polyester/TGIC powder coating system, suitable for high temperature resistant powder coatings. In this model, we upgraded the formula to achieve the balance between high temperature baking resistance, weather resistance and mechanical properties of powder coatings.

Reactivity at 180℃(s, 7% TGIC): 60-120

◇ Extrusion Condition:

Two-screw extruder

Zone I: 90～110℃   Zone II: 110～120℃

Speed of revolution: 500～1200rpm

Fineness of powder: ＜100μm

◇ Application Condition:

Electrostatic spraying with: 40～70KV

Film thickness: 70～90μm

Degreased cold-rolled steel 0.5mm

◇ Curing Requirement: 200℃×10-15min

◇ Film Properties:

Gel time(180℃,sec) :70~150

Horizontal flow:(180℃),mm: 19~23

Gloss(60°): ≥88%

Bending(φ1mm): Pass

Adhesive(1mm,grade): 0

Pencil hardness ≥1H

Impact(direct,reserve): Pass 50kg·cm

Heat resistance :

270℃ 2hr: maintenance gloss: ≥85%

300℃ 0.5hr: maintenance gloss: ≥85%
