NH8305 is a saturated carboxyl polyester resin for polyester/TGIC powder coating system.

Through the selection of special monomers and the development of specific processes, the application field of conventional resins is expanded and products with leading technology are synthesized.

Two-screw extruder

Zone I: 90～110℃ Zone II: 110～120℃

Speed of revolution: 500～1200rpm

Fineness of powder: ＜100μm

◇ Application Condition:

Electrostatic spraying with: 40～70KV

Film thickness: 70～90μm

Degreased cold-rolled steel 0.5mm

◇ Curing Requirement: 200℃×10min

◇ Film Properties:

Gel time(180℃,sec): 150~300

Horizontal flow:(180℃), mm: 23~27

Gloss(60°): ≥88%

Bending(φ1mm): Pass

Adhesive(1mm,grade): 0
