Dry Blended Polyester Resin NH9001&NH9508 for Super Durable Matte Powder Coating

NH9001/NH9508 are saturated carboxyl polyester resins for low gloss polyester/TGIC powder coatings by a dry blending procedure.

◇ Extrusion Condition:

Two-screw extruder

Zone I: 90～110℃ Zone II: 110～120℃

Speed of revolution: 500～1200rpm

Fineness of powder: ＜100μm

Blend I and II in the weight ratio of 1:1 before grinding.

◇ Application Condition:

Electrostatic spraying with: 40～70KV

Coating film thickness: 50～70μm

Degreased cold-rolled steel 0.5mm

◇ Curing Requirement: 200℃×10min

◇ Film Properties:

Gloss(60°): ≤40%

Bending(φ1mm): Pass

Adhesive(1mm,grade): 0

Pencil hardness: ≥2H

Direct Impact (50cm): pass
