Epoxy Polyester for Aluminum car rim Powder Coating

◇ Applications:

HH2685 is a carboxyl polyester resin designed for 60/40 hybrid powder coatings.

The coating is prepared by mixing resin, pigment and filler, curing agent and other additives in a certain proportion, and then by hot extrusion, crushing and screening. They are stored stably at room temperature. After electrostatic spraying or fluidized bed dip coating, they are heated, baked, melted and solidified to form a flat and bright permanent film, so as to achieve the purpose of decoration and anti-corrosion.

Two-screw extruder

Zone I: 90～110℃ Zone II: 110～120℃

Speed of revolution: 500～1200rpm

Fineness of powder: ＜100μm

◇ Application Condition:

Electrostatic spraying with: 40～70KV

Coating film thickness: 50～70μm

Degreased cold-rolled steel 0.5mm

◇ Curing Requirement: 180℃×20min

◇ Film Properties:

Gel time(180℃,sec) 230~360

Horizontal flow:(180℃),mm: 28~33

Gloss(60°): ≥90%

Bending(φ1mm): pass

Adhesive(1mm,grade): 0

Pencil hardness: 1H

Remarks:all the polyester resins could be customizes to Non-tin (A) ,anti gas burners(G),tribo gun(T) and anti-blooming(F)
