Good Leveling Saturated Carboxyl Polyester Resin TGIC Cure for Outdoor Powder Coating

◇ Application:

NH3405 is a saturated carboxyl polyester resin for polyester/TGIC powder coating system at the rate of 94:6. Only a small amount of curing agent is needed to complete the curing.

◇ Extrusion Condition:

Two-screw extruder

Zone I: 90～110℃ Zone II: 110～120℃

Speed of revolution: 500～1200rpm

Fineness of powder: ＜80μm

◇ Application Condition:

Available for electrostatic spraying with: 40～70KV

Film thickness: 50～70μm

Degreased cold-rolled steel 0.5mm

◇ Curing condition: 200℃×10min

◇ Film Properties:

Gel time(180℃,sec): 100~280

Flow(180℃,mm): 24~29

Gloss(60°): ≥88%

Bending(φ1mm): Pass

Adhesive(1mm,grade): 0

Pencil hardness ≥1H

Impact (50cm): pass
