NH6566 is a saturated carboxyl polyester resin for polyester/primid powder coating system at the ratio 95:5.

◇ Basic features:

Low temperature curing (155℃×15min or 180℃×6min)

Good mechanical performance

Good weathering resistance

Superior storage stability

Appearanc: white or pale yellow transparent flake

Color (50%DMF): max: 3

Acid number(mgKOH/g): 32～38

Softening point(℃): 100～110

Glass transition temp.(℃): ～57

Melting viscosity (200℃, cone/plate, mPa·s): 4600±1000

Reactivity at 180℃(s, 5% T105): 120~300

◇ Recommend Formulation: NH6566—T105

◇ Extrusion Condition:

Two-screw extruder

Zone I: 90～110℃ Zone II: 110～120℃

Speed of revolution: 500～1200rpm

Fineness of powder: ＜100μm

◇ Application Condition:

Electrostatic spraying with: 40～70KV

Film thickness: 60～80μm

Degreased cold-rolled steel 0.5mm

◇ Curing Requirement: 155℃×15min or 180℃×6min

◇ Film Properties:

Gel time(180℃,sec): 90~300

Flow(180℃,mm): 22~28

Gloss(60°): ≥85%.

Bending(φ1mm): Pass

Adhesive(1mm,grade): 0

Pencil hardness: ≥1H

Impact (50cm): pass

Al the polyester resins could be customizes to Non-tin (A) ,anti gas burners(G),tribo gun(T) and anti-blooming(F)
