NH-9362 is a carboxyl polyester resin super durable polyester/TGIC powder coating system.

◇ Basic features:

Excellent weathering resistance

Excellent anti-yellowing and water boiling resistance

Good storage stability

Suitable for low temperature curing powder coatings

◇ Extrusion Condition:

Two-screw extruder

Zone I: 90～110℃ Zone II: 110～120℃

Speed of revolution: 500-1200 rpm

Fineness of powder: ＜100μm

◇ Application Condition:

Electrostatic spraying with: 40～70KV

Degreased cold-rolled steel: 0.5mm

Film thickness: 50～70μm

◇ Curing Requirement: 160℃×10-15 min

◇ Film Properties:

Gel time (180℃, s): 60-120

Horizontal flow(180℃,mm): 20~25

Gloss(60°): ≥85%

Adhesive(1mm,grade): 0

Pencil hardness: ≥1H

Bending (φ1mm): Pass

Impact(direct): pass 40 kg·cm
