High Thermostability NH-8303 Polyester Resin with Baking Temperature at 300°C

◇ Applications:

NH8303 is a saturated carboxyl polyester resin for polyester/TGIC powder coating system, with high thermostability,

especially suitable for high temperature resistant powder coatings. The coating is prepared by mixing resin, pigment and filler, curing agent and other additives in a certain proportion, and then by hot extrusion, crushing and screening. They are stored stably at room temperature. After electrostatic spraying or fluidized bed dip coating, they are heated, baked, melted and solidified to form a flat and bright permanent film, so as to achieve the purpose of decoration and anti-corrosion.

Two-screw extruder

Zone I: 90～110℃   Zone II: 110～120℃

Speed of revolution: 500～1200rpm

Fineness of powder: ＜100μm

◇ Application Condition:

Electrostatic spraying with: 40～70KV

Film thickness: 70～90μm

Degreased cold-rolled steel 0.5mm

◇ Curing Requirement: 200℃×10-15min

◇ Film Properties:

Gel time(180℃,sec): 70~150

Horizontal flow:(180℃),mm: 19~23

Gloss(60°): ≥88%

Bending(φ1mm): Pass

Adhesive(1mm,grade): 0

Pencil hardness ≥1H

Impact(direct,reserve): Pass 50kg·cm

Heat resistance :

270℃ 2hr: maintenance gloss: ≥85%

300℃ 0.5hr: maintenance gloss: ≥85%
