Powder Paint Polyester resin with Dry-blended for 25-40% Gloss

◇ Applications:

NH8001/NH8505 are saturated carboxyl polyester resins for low gloss polyester/TGIC powder coatings by a dry blend procedure.

The balance between high leveling, high weather resistance and mechanical properties of powder coating was solved through the design of product molecular structure, the screening of monomers and additives and the study of synthesis kinetics;
In this model, we upgraded the formula to achieve the balance between high leveling, weather resistance and mechanical properties of powder coatings.

◇ Recommend Formulation:

◇ Extrusion Condition:

Two-screw extruder

Zone I: 90～110℃ Zone II: 110～120℃

Speed of revolution: 500～1200rpm

Fineness of powder: ＜100μm

Blending Extrude I and II with weight ratio 1:1 before grinding.

◇ Application Condition:

Electrostatic spraying with: 40～70KV

Coating film thickness: 50～80μm

Degreased cold-rolled steel 0.5mm

◇ Curing Requirement: 180℃×20min or 200℃×10min

◇ Film Properties:

Gloss(60°): ≤40%

Adhesive(1mm,grade): 0

Pencil hardness: 1H

Direct Impact (50cm): pass

◇ Packaging:
