NH6083/NH6685 are saturated carboxyl polyester resins for low gloss and matt polyester/primid powder coatings by one shot extrusion.

Electrostatic spraying with: 40～70KV

Coating film thickness: 50～80μm

Degreased cold-rolled steel 0.5mm

◇ Curing Requirement: 180℃×10min

◇ Film Properties:

Gloss(60°): 8%～14%

Bending(φ2mm): pass

Adhesive(1mm,grade): 0

Pencil hardness: ≥ 1H

Direct Impact Resistance: pass 50kg·cm
