Barium sulphate 228 is processed by high purity barite. It has excellent chemical inertia, it can not be dissoluted in water and acid, except hot concentrated sulfuric acid. It is widely used in painting, plastics, thermosetting plastic powder coatings, rubber, glass, etc.
