◎Introduction

◎ Coating Reference
Spraying Method: Electrostatic spraying.
Preheating Temperature: The work-piece can be preheated according to its conditions and coating requirements.
Curing Conditions: it is recommended to bake at 190ºC for 10 minutes after spraying at room temperature, which can be adjusted by the customer according to the site conditions.

The powder particle size corresponding to different coating methods will be different. Please put forward requirements in advance.
Different spraying thicknesses will affect the color, gloss, and appearance.
There are differences between the laboratory sample and the coating plate of the production line, and the spraying parameters need to be adjusted by the customer to meet the requirements.
◎ Transportation and storage
The net weight of carton packaging is 25kg or 20kg.
Non dangerous goods. And have no special transportation requirements.
Store in a cool and dry place below 25ºC.
