◎Introduction
NH5001/NH5508 are saturated carboxyl polyester resins for low gloss polyester/TGIC powder coatings by a dry blending process.
In recent years, the coatings industry is in the ascendant, and the total output of paint has also jumped to the forefront of the world, forming a related industry group, actively promoting the technological revolution and development in the traditional painting field. During this period, the high-gloss bright coatings were deeply loved by consumers for their bright color and brightness and dominated the coatings market for a long time. However, with the continuous improvement of people's living standards, on the one hand, consumers feel that the reflection of high-gloss bright coatings is more serious after filming, which is harmful to human eyes; on the other hand, consumers' aesthetic concept is more and more inclined to leisure, Stylish and personal. Coupled with the booming demand of my country's automobile and home appliance industries. These factors have led to a dramatic increase in the demand for low gloss coatings with a softer appearance.
Resin is an indispensable component of coatings, so we can obtain low gloss by mixing different resins to make the coating film shrink unevenly and produce micro-roughness, which can avoid the use of matting agents and reduce the cost of coatings.
