Feature
- Adopt Serial comparison method to test several different kinds of diaphragm gas meter.
- Use VSBA Sonic nozzle to meet Qmax,0.2Qmax,Qmingas meter flow point measurement. It is convenient to change and clean nozzle regularly. (patent No.:20110237008.6)
- Could accurately test temperature, pressure etc. and calculate error in time, guarantee device stable and accurate Ø
- Adopt negative pressure method to ensure gas flow passed through to reach Critical flow state.
- Test system could test automatically under control of PC software, meanwhile could save, print, analyze and statistic etc.
- Also test manually gas meter without cursor .

Gas Test bench configuration unit and work principle
Gas Test bench is consist of compression gas source,vacuum bump, control gas circuit, test pipe system,VSBA Sonic nozzle, device running control system, error running system, operation platform and PC etc
Gas flow by vacuum pumping in test pipeline. When gas trough sonic nozzle reach critical flow condition,quality and flow of gas though tested meter and nozzle keep the same. Control and operation part work by electric. Mainly consist of error sampling calculation CPU,device running CPU and PC .
