Natural Beeswax Blocks Application

Beeswax in Cosmetics:
Beeswax is a common ingredient for many of the cosmetics women use everyday like lip balms, lip sticks, lip gloss, eye shadow, eye liner, and even blush. In fact, using beeswax for lip care products will actually help with the healing of cracked, or dry lips, as well as the prevention of getting chapped lips especially during the colder months of the year.

Beeswax in Candles:
Candles that are made from beeswax provide a long, pure, and clean burn that does not produce a lot of smoke. In history and even today, beeswax candles are the traditional church candles of Roman Catholic masses and Orthodox churches.

Beeswax as a Polish/Conditioner/Wax:
The protective coating that beeswax naturally provides form the elements allows it to be used for polishing, conditioning, and wax purposes. Beeswax can be used in the making of several different kinds of protectants. Some of these items include- shoe polish, boot conditioner, furniture polish, surfboard wax, sealing wax, molding and modeling wax, and can even be used for marble stone repair.

How to Storage beeswax

Beeswax should be stored properly. Although the composition of beeswax is quite complicated, it is easy to store because it does not contain biologically active substances. Because beeswax has the sweet and fragrant smell of pollen and nectar, it is easy to be eaten by insects and rats; some nest insects like beeswax, so it must be sterilized, sealed in bags and stored in a cool place. Do not put beeswax in the same place as volatile items, because beeswax can easily absorb a variety of volatile chemicals, causing pollution and poisoning. Avoid contact with metal utensils such as iron, copper, zinc, etc., because these metals can change the color of beeswax and cause heavy metal pollution.
