Q1: Are you a company? or a factory?
A1: We have a factory, our factory is at No.2399, Chuhua North Road, Fengxian District, Shanghai.
If you have time, you can visit our factory.

Q2: I am not in China; how can I know your quality?
A2: We have been manufacturing machinery for 28 years; we have a wealth of experience to help our customers do business better.
We know that there are many scammers on the Internet, but we have our own factory (not just a showroom). If you have some friends in China, we are happy to invite them to visit our factory. If you have time, we can show you our customers' factories. You can ask our customers how they feel when using our machines.

Q3: How is your price?
A3: We believe that price is not the only important thing, quality and technology are. Our goal is to help customers build
factories that can run for a long time.

Q4: I want to order the non- standard machine, is that OK?
A4: We welcome custom non-standard machines; we need to know more details about your requirements so that we can make the best
plan for you. We have the experience and capabilities of turnkey projects.

Q5: What else you can do for customers?
A5: We believe that we are in the same team with our customers to attain win-win. So we are not just a machinery producer, we can
provide a complete project, also we can help our customers to solve the problem.
