root canal.

When U files are used to remove calcifications, X-rays and hand-expanded root canal instruments should be

used to determine the location of the root canal blockage and the direction of the main root canal. Use 15# or

25# ultrasonic root canal files to crown the blockage. Move the square gently up and down, with an amplitude

of about 1-2mm, and gradually go deep into the root to gradually remove the blockage in the root canal.

During operation, you must pay close attention to the direction and depth of the ultrasonic root canal file to

avoid lateral penetration of the root canal wall.
