PCB buffer for AOI SPI suit for SMT Product line

This PCB buffer loader is placed after SPI/AOI process to store NG PCB in the magazine rack while transferring good PCB to the next machine in FIFO or LIFO way, or is located before and after the equipments of different working speed as a buffer stocker.

This unit is located after SPI/AOI process to store NG PCB in the Rack while transferring Good PCB to the next machine in FIFO or LIFO way.

• Touch Screen
• PCB Anti-touch operation - No Stress on PCB (Operated by Special Magnetic Roller)
• Output Conveyor Two-way(upper&lower conveyor) type : upper conveyor for NG PCB
• After inspection of NG PCB, the Operator can change it to Good PCB
• RS232C Communication with SPI/AOI
• ESD Cover at Rack part Buzzer, LED tower light
