FAQ
What could be the possible reasons for unstable wave peaks or faults?
The liquid level in the tin bath is too low and needs to be replenished with solder.
If the nozzle is clogged or the pump speed is abnormal, it is necessary to clean it or check the drive motor.
There are too many impurities in the solder. It is recommended to filter or replace the tin.
What tasks are required for daily maintenance?
Clean the oxide and residual solder slag in the tin bath every day.
Check if the nozzle is clogged and whether the flatness of the wave peak is normal.
Lubricate the guide rails and transmission components every week.
Calibrate the temperature sensor and transmission speed monthly.
How to set the welding temperature?
Enter the "Temperature Setting" menu through the control panel and set the temperature of the solder bath according to the type of solder (such as lead-free solder wire) (recommended range: 260 - 280°C).
The temperature of the preheating zone should be set in stages according to the PCB material and the temperature resistance of the components (usually 120-180°C).
