It is ideal for manufacturers utilizing virgin or recycled PE/PP resins, where residual moisture can severely compromise product quality. By simply blending this masterbatch with raw materials at a customizable ratio (1–5%), moisture-related defects like bubbling, streaking, cracking, or surface blemishes are effectively prevented—without altering existing production parameters. The solution preserves the mechanical and physical integrity of the final product while streamlining efficiency, cutting energy consumption, and lowering expenses.
