PE-200 is formulated using an inorganic functional filler blended with a thermoplastic polymer base and manufactured through advanced processing techniques. It demonstrates excellent distributive properties, avoids screen blockage, and offers reliable performance consistency.  
This product is priced more attractively compared to other desiccant masterbatch alternatives currently available.

PE-200 is extensively employed in recycled polyolefin applications including LLDPE, LDPE, HDPE, and PP plastic manufactured goods. Without altering the existing processing setup, a small proportion of PE-200 effectively addresses residual moisture in recycled resins. This eliminates the need for pre-drying, reduces energy consumption, and lowers overall production expenses, resulting in an eco-friendly material solution with enhanced processing efficiency.
