This Desiccant Masterbatch effectively addresses moisture-related issues during the processing of recycled polymers such as polyethylene and polypropylene, particularly in blown film production and injection molding. It is also suitable for eliminating moisture introduced by virgin resins, fillers, masterbatches, or other functional additives.

Commonly used in a variety of polyethylene products, including garbage bags, shopping bags, T-shirt bags, plastic toys, and household plastic items.

Dependent on the moisture content of the material. A starting ratio of 2% is advised.

6 to 12 months when stored in a cool, dry environment with packaging intact.

- Packaging Options: 25 kg/bag or 25 kg/carton  
- Container Load: 26 metric tons per 20ft container (bags), 23 metric tons per 20ft container (cartons)  
- Shipping Method: Sea freight in 20ft containers is recommended
