CTS100 equipment is the latest product of CTS (computer to screen) series developed by our company. It is a laser direct imaging equipment based on a digital micro mirror array (DMD) device; In the pattern forming process, this machine will convert graphs into machine data and transmit to the digital micro mirror device (DMD) by the computer, then the graph will be direct projected to the photosensitive material to complete exposure.
CTS100, the high-power 405nm laser illuminant is used for the CTS series. It has long service life, low power consumption and high image resolution. Capable of high-precision digital exposure directly on the surface of the screen printing stencil together with the high-precision linear motor to provide high-resolution, high-efficiency and low-cost products to customers, with image resolutions: 1270/2540dpi. The stable cooling system guarantees the inside of the equipment maintains 22 ℃. The constant temperature state guarantees the stability of the equipment; The newly designed pneumatic clamp can fix the screen frame tightly, which is convenient to replace the screen frame of various specifications. The maximum stencils size that can be placed is 900*1000 (mm).
