This computer-to-screen (CTS) imaging and exposure system features patented technology with industrial-grade 405nm coupled laser and optical modules. The system achieves 50% laser usage efficiency, significantly reducing operational costs compared to traditional metal halide bulbs that require replacement every two years.
Utilizing CCD industrial camera technology, the system captures paper deformation data and automatically adjusts graphics alignment to compensate for printing paper distortion. This eliminates manual film editing and precision loss in traditional processes.
