Our 405nm Laser Direct Imaging (LDI) equipment provides advanced solutions for high-density interconnect (HDI) PCB manufacturing. The system delivers precision imaging through computer-controlled laser exposure technology.
How Laser Direct Imaging Works
The LDI process positions a PCB with a photo-sensitive surface under a computer-controlled laser. The system scans the board surface into a raster image, matching it with pre-loaded CAD/CAM design files, then uses the laser to directly create the circuit image without traditional phototools.
