Laser Direct Imaging System Overview
Our LD Laser LDI System utilizes advanced laser digital imaging technology to deliver precise circuit board exposure. Data files are directly processed and converted into high-resolution images, with laser beams transmitted through DMD and lens systems onto various plate types including carrier plates, soft plates, HDI plates, and multilayer plates.
PCB Laser Direct Imaging Technology
During circuit board fabrication, laser direct imaging (LDI) exposes circuit traces directly using a highly focused, computer-controlled laser beam. This eliminates the need for photo tools and flooded light exposure, enabling digital image creation with superior precision.
How LDI Technology Works
The system positions PCBs with photo-sensitive surfaces under computer-controlled lasers. The computer scans the board surface into a raster image, matches it with pre-loaded CAD/CAM design files, and uses the laser to directly create the required image on the board with exceptional accuracy.
