How It Works
The MT-2FA receives parallel optical signals from an MT ferrule (connected to an external fiber harness or backplane), then routes the signals through precisely aligned fibers to the V-groove output array. This output array is positioned directly against the laser or photodetector array inside the optical module, enabling efficient optical coupling with minimal loss.
