The whole machine consists of a main drive system,back twist system, a rotating body, a pneumatic brake device and a twist module, etc. The winch can hold 12 tight buffered fiber optic reel or simplex cable reel. Using back twist mechanism of active pay-off displacement sensor control of tight buffered fiber pay-off tension, tension can be adjusted online, pay-off unit adopts universal motor with danfoss frequency converter control, cage stranding machine can set to S or Z direction.
