1.Usage of IEC-60794-1-2 Standard Fiber Optic Cable impact Test Equipment:

Optical Fiber Cable Impact Testing Machine is intended to determine the ability of optical fiber cable withstand impact.

Apparatus

The apparatus allows a hammer with a 25mm rounded edge to drop vertically on a cable sample fixed on a flat steel plate. The apparatus may allow a single or multiple repeated impacts to be imparted on the cable sample.

The energy of the impact is determined by the drop height and by the weight of the hammer.

Sample

The sample is a representative cable length sufficient to carry out the specified test.

Install onto a stable base, levelness≤0.5/1000, and room of more than 1 m around.
Ambient temperature: 25℃±10℃, humidity: ≤80% non-condensing.
No vibrating or corrosive media indoor
While delivering from the factory, the power cord has been connected to the three-phase power plug with capability of 16A. If the re-installation is required, the user shall distinct the live wire and zero line. In order to avoid accidents, it is suggested that the user shall connect the ground wire for the equipment.
