1. Application for 6-35 Kv XLPE Cable 3 Layer Co-Extrusion Ccv Production Line :
The line is designed for manufacturing 6~35 kV XLPE cable of compressed Cu. Al. stranded conductor.
The pipe arrangement is of semi-catenary declination type, adopt XL pipes with short circuit heating, nitrogen as the medium and water cooling type. The finished XLPE cable measure up to GB/T 12706-2002 standard.

The machines body is painted in dark blue RAL5010; the cover and rotating parts is chrysoidine RAL2004, cabinet is gray RAL7038. (color card standard is RAL/K7)
