1. Description of XLZHT-1 Enameled Round Wires Springiness Tester

•  Implementation standard: GB/ T40743-2008,IEC60851-3;

•  Inspection standard :JB/T4279.4-2008

• Used to test the resilience of enameled round wires with nominal diameter of conductor above 0.080mm and below 1.600mm

• 32-bit ARM control system

• Winding 5 turns automatically stop

• All specifications of the sample do not need to adjust the sensor

• High agility and sensitivity, good repeatability, easy to operate

• The deviation between the displayed value and the value indicated by the dial shall not exceed ±1°

• The coil is released slowly during spring back, without sudden spring back or sudden jump phenomenon

• Chinese LCD screen, prompt test steps, display test results

• All test data and sample identity data can be automatically transmitted to the touch screen, and automatically saved and analyzed by MPS6 enameled wire quality data management system
