1. When storing the air spring, please store it in a low temperature and dark place with poor ventilation as much as possible, and avoid direct sunlight.

2. Please avoid letting the air spring stick to oil and medicines. If adhesion is left unattended, durability may be reduced due to reduced physical properties of the rubber.

3. The wall thickness of the air spring is relatively thin, about 5mm. Please be careful to avoid scratches etc.

4. The air spring is ideally stored in a free state.

5. Do not place it in a place with a temperature above 50°C.

For air springs, daily inspection and safe use must be done. If abnormality is found after inspection, it must be replaced with a new one immediately.

1. Before using the air spring, it is necessary to confirm whether the upper and lower panels and the waist ring are installed correctly, especially the waist ring. If the rubber film is subjected to internal pressure when the waist ring is offset or fallen off, the rubber film will be ruptured.

2. When impurities, oils, medicines, etc. adhere to the air spring, please be sure to remove it.

3. If the lubricating oil enters the inside of the air spring, it must be wiped frequently, and the inside of the air spring should be washed with water regularly.

4. Please confirm whether the appropriate pressure can be provided when using, especially in many cases, the piping system will be abnormal, please pay attention.

5. In the following cases, please replace the air spring.

• Cracks, scuffs, abrasions in the outer rubber that can reach the reinforcing cord layer.

• If the air spring is abnormally deformed or expanded, even if there is no trauma, air will accumulate inside the air spring, resulting in separation.

• The rubber surface swells or cracks due to oil, chemicals, heat, etc.

6. If the upper and lower panels and waist ring are corroded, the air spring will be scratched. Therefore, the corroded parts must be replaced.
