Precautions for Installing and Using Air Springs
- Do not exceed the recommended safe extension height: When installing or using gas springs, ensure they do not extend beyond the recommended height. Exceeding this height can cause the air spring to overextend, which can lead to damage or a loss of performance over time.
- Avoid using the air spring below its minimum compression height: To extend the life of the air spring, always avoid using it below its minimum compression height. Operating below this limit can cause the rubber bladder to overextend, resulting in premature wear and possible failure.
- Do not use at a pressure above 0.7 MPa: Gas springs must operate within the specified pressure range to ensure optimal performance and safety. Pressures above 0.7 MPa can cause the air spring to overextend, compromising its structural integrity.
- Avoid deformation of the air spring: During installation and use, care must be taken to avoid deformation of the air spring. A warped air spring can lead to uneven air pressure distribution, which can cause internal damage or even failure.
