- Air springs are used in numerous mechanical devices to cushion and absorb vibrations, control movement, or increase pressure. Compared to cylinders or other elastic elements with the same function, air springs are simple in design, operate reliably, do not require complex parameter calculations or structural design, have no seal leaks, are easy to use and maintain, and have a long service life.
- During the stamping process of stamped parts such as car covers and doors, the necessary buffer devices must be used. The buffer must withstand large periodic shock loads during transportation, and its performance directly affects the processing accuracy of the product. Using air springs as buffers can reduce processing costs and ensure processing accuracy. During material transportation, the silo is driven by a vibrator to evenly mix the materials or allow them to flow into the silo. Vibrations can lead to fatigue or even damage to the silo support, so vibration isolation devices must be used.
