Installation Steps
1.Prepare the Mounting Area:
Ensure the flange surface is clean, flat, and free of debris.
Verify bolt holes align with the air spring’s flange (use a template if available).
2.Connect Air Supply:
Use compatible fittings (e.g., G3/4 to NPT adapter if needed) and apply thread sealant (Teflon tape or liquid sealant) to prevent leaks.
Install a pressure regulator to maintain ≤0.7 MPa (to extend lifespan).
3.Inflation & Testing:
Slowly inflate the airbag to 0.3 MPa and check for leaks. Gradually increase to the operating pressure (max 0.8 MPa).
Test the stroke range (343 mm) to ensure smooth movement without binding.
