Product Dimensions
- This single convoluted air spring is manufactured from high-quality natural rubber with steel cover plates. It features a minimum compressed height of 55 mm, a maximum extended height of 160 mm, and a working stroke of 105 mm.
- For the 1B53014 model, the cover plate diameter is 231 mm, and the center-to-center distance is 157.5 mm. When the air pressure reaches 0.7 MPa, the maximum outer diameter of the rubber component reaches 325 mm.
- The industrial convoluted rubber air spring operates via gas filling. Its air connection is G3/4, and the screw nut size is 2×M8×1.25.

The Specifications of AIRSUSTECH Air Springs
♦Install
Although they serve similar functions, air springs are much less expensive than air cylinders and other springs. When deflated, air springs have a small footprint and are easy to handle and connect to machinery.
♦Maintain
Maintenance procedures for air springs tend to be minimal, air springs require no lubrication, and there are no seals or guides that can become misaligned or damaged like other springs. Air springs should be stored at room temperature in a dry, dark place.
♦Environment
Due to their durability and simplicity, air springs are suitable for most industrial and commercial applications. Rubber and neoprene are prone to dry rot, so dehumidified conditions can shorten the life of an air spring.
♦Medium
Air spring bellows can also accept other types of fluids such as nitrogen, carbon, water and antifreeze.
