Application of Air Spring Bellows in Paper Manufacturing

(1) Felt Deviation Control
During the operation of a paper machine's press felt, pneumatic bellows ensure precise actuation force for the deflection correction system. By adjusting the air pressure in real time, the system can respond quickly to felt deflections and maintain a felt deflection correction accuracy within 0.5 mm.
