Procedure Of Cylinder Block

1. Lathe finishing the both ends face and deburring

2. Based on the small end face , the pre-cast hole is positioned by the elastic pin, and the specified hole is

    used as the base hole to establish the coordinate system, and then processing positioning pin hole and

    through hole of the both ends face, and ensure the relative coordinates between the through holes are

    within the tolerance range

3. The positioning pin hole of the large end face is positioned to process the tensioner hole and tensioner

    end face

4. Based on the small end face again, the positioning pin hole of the small end face is positioned, rough

    machining fine boring cylinder hole

5. Then positioning the fine boring cylinder hole, machining excircle of cylinder liner and chamfering of

    cylinder hole, to ensure the coaxiality of cylinder hole and excircle

6. Grinding the cylinder body

7. Deburring the surface of cylinder body and cleaning, spraying antirust liquid after cooling and drying
