The TOUPACK TTX-2417K100 Food X-Ray Inspection Machine is a compact inline inspection solution designed for packaged food production lines where reliable foreign object detection is required within a limited installation space.

With a 240 mm detecting width and 170 mm detecting height, the system is suitable for inspecting a wide range of small and medium-sized packaged food products. The X-ray inspection technology analyzes differences in X-ray attenuation to identify target contaminants that may be difficult or impossible to detect with conventional metal detection alone, including stainless steel, glass and ceramic under suitable inspection conditions.

The TTX-2417K100 provides a reference detection sensitivity of Ø0.3 mm SUS test ball and Ø0.2 × 2 mm SUS wire, with Ø1.0 mm glass and ceramic test balls listed in the technical specification.

The system supports 10–70 m/min conveyor speed, a 17-inch industrial touchscreen, LAN and USB connectivity, SUS304 construction, and detachable protective curtains. An alarm and machine-stop function is standard, while an automatic rejecter can be configured according to production requirements.

Ideal for snacks, nuts, frozen food, meat, seafood and other packaged food applications.
