The TOUPACK CW500 is designed for inline weight inspection of heavier packages and products. With a weighing capacity of up to 40 kg, a reference weighing accuracy of ±5–±30 g, a 1g minimum scale interval, and a maximum speed of 30 pieces per minute, it is suitable for applications where heavier items require reliable weight verification. The conveyor-based design supports inspection of large bags, cartons and other suitable packaged goods. The system can be configured to identify products outside preset weight limits, with the reject method selected according to the product and production line requirements.
