It is a classical weiging and packaging system for our customers who have needs in their factories, workshops, or other places.

Multihead Weigher:

According to your products, 10 heads multihead weigher with 0.8L, 1.6L, 2.5L, 14 heads multihead weigher with 0.8L, 1.6L, 2.5L, 5L, 20 heads, even 32 heads for mixing products.

10/14 heads 0.8L weighing range: 5-200g; Max. speed: 60P/M / 120P/M

10 heads 1.6L/2.5L weighing range: 20-1000g; Max. speed: 60P/M

14 heads 1.6L/2.5L weighing range: 20-1500g; Max. speed: 120P/M

Please note: The weighing range and speed depend on the products.

Z-Type Bucket Elevator:

It will be changed if you need inclined conveyor, bowl-type elevator, or screw conveyor.

Vertical Packaging Machine:

We have 320 VFFS, 420 VFFS, 520 VFFS, 620 VFFS, 720 VFFS, according to the film width. 

320 VFFS: 140-320mm, speed: 10-80P/M

420 VFFS: 140-420mm, speed: 10-70P/M

520 VFFS: 120-520mm, speed: 10-60P/M

620 VFFS: 620mm, speed: 10-50P/M

720 VFFS: 720mm, speed: 10-45P/M
