Applications

• An oatmeal meal powder specially made for the high-end market of whole grains, with almonds, walnuts and other nuts,as well as dried cranberries, raisins, and dried fruits; the other is customized for Babao tea products, such as Broken tea, rose,chrysanthemum,lotus leaf tea, hawthorn, lemon slice, cassia seed , medlar,rock sugar, longan and other products mixed packaging; intended to achieve a variety of different materials separately metered and mixed packaging, high ratio, goodtaste.

Features

1.Adopt high configuration: German Siemens PLC controller,touch screen;Taiwan AIRTAC cylinder; France Schneider switching power supply.

2.Pull the bag with puller, the bag is accurate,and the bag is not easy to be deformed.

3.Material: The contact part of the box and material is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which is in line with GMP production.

4.The heat-generating parts and moving parts are hidden inthe protective cover, which is safe and reliable.

5.The equipment is equipped with casters for easy handlingand movement.

Mechanical characteristics and product characteristics:

1.Customized metering device according to the materialcharacteristics, after 4-9 measuring heads are used formetering,and the material is discharged through the bucket type collecting device.

2.The metering head can be controlled separately, and can be turned on or off according to the demand.

3.Select three-side seal or back-sealed bag type, the material of the material is large, which is convenient for material feeding,which can increase the vibration device and prevent the accumulation of material.

4.The three-side seal is cut by a rotary cutter; the back seal is sealed and cut,and the pneumatic insert is cut in the mold.

5.Auxiliary equipment: increase the silo + ribbon coding machine + finished product conveyor.
