Technical Requirement of HPT Thermal Overload Protector
1. Rated voltage: 250V AC 50/60HZ.
2. The rated current is 7A or 8A. When COSQ=0.7, the operating life is 5000 times, and when COS=1, the operating life is 10,000 times.
3. Contact form: single pole single drawing (S.P.S.T), the installation surface temperature is lower than 160℃.
4. Heat resistance: The maximum use temperature is 150℃, and the installation surface temperature is lower than 160℃.
5.Under rated operating conditions, it can operate more than 10,000 times, connect 20A, lasting 2s, disconnect 5A, 10s or more of the impulse current life cycle is not less than 20,000 times.
6.The high-temperature wire is UL 1332.20AWG, and the stripped wire is 10mm. The high-temperature wire from the high-temperature wire manufacturer approved by Gree should be used, which meets the requirements of QJ/CD41.09.001.
7. Meet the QJ/CD12.10.001 specification.
