KST501-N is the adjustable type thermostat, customer can choose the suitable temperature by adjust the shaft. It has two types, KST501-N is the common type, it can be widely used in home appliances such as electric iron, electric heater, waffle maker, fryer, griller and toaster. KST501-H is a type with heating component, named heating compensation type thermostat, this type usually be used in ovens. In the actual application, customer can choose the terminal connection and angle type according to the installation condition. For the fixing measure of the thermostat with common plate, beside the dia 4 rivet fixing, we can design the special install plate and bracket to fix if it's necessary. Choosing the suitable install plate can make a good performance for sensing temperature , and easy to mount the thermostat.

Working Principle

This product uses bimetal as the temperature sensing element, using the principle that the temperature sensing element is bent and deformed by temperature changes, through the spring sheet with energy storage structure, the moving contact is quickly moved to achieve the purpose of disconnecting or connecting the circuit , So as to control the temperature
