SEKI ST-12 bimetal thermal switch can be used for overheat protection of hairdryers electric fan heaters, popcorn machines, etc. SEKI's thermal cut-out is overheating protection device for electric appliances and they are reusable parts that are reset when equipment cools. If the fault still exists, the protectors continue to automatically protect the equipment.

Working Principle of Bakelite ST-12 Thermal Cut Out
Use the set temperature disc type thermosensitive bimetallic plate as the temperature sensing element. When the temperature in the hair dryer or other electrical appliances rises to the cut-off temperature, the disc jumps and the transmission angle head moves quickly; when the temperature drops When the set value is set, the butterfly is reset, and the contact returns to the original state to achieve the purpose of making and breaking the circuit.
