Why now we:

1. Metal joint material: All the metal joints (JY and JYJ series) of our company are selected from the cold rolled plate (SPCC) of No. 44 medium carbon steel. The cold rolled plate has good hardness and plasticity and is harder than the hot plate. The metal joints that come out have good load-bearing properties.

2. The thickness requirements of the metal joint materials: The thickness of the metal joint materials produced by our company is 2.5±0.02MM, which is stronger for the metal joints with a thickness of 2.3MM.

3. Lean tube materials:
(1) Our company's lean tube has adopted an anti-rust treatment on the inner wall of the tube with a layer of anti-rust paint, which has a longer service life than the lean tube without rust prevention.
(2) The outer encapsulation thickness of our lean tube is 1.2MM, and the encapsulation thickness is uniform and will not appear thick on one side and thin on the other side, which allows our lean tube to be assembled with our metal joints more tightly and securely.

4. Our metal joints are safer: our metal joints are all made anti-scratch treatment, the joint surface is free of burrs and rhombuses, and the rhombuses of our metal joints are all arc-shaped.
