The ZD/ZDG/ZDF/ZDY/ZMD series pump is horizontal multistage section centrifugal pump, with the features of high efficiency', wide performance range, steady and safety operation, low noise and easy installation.

It can deliver the clean water, sewage water, corrosive liquid, hot water, seal water and oil liquid by selecting different mater of flow passage parts. It is widely applied to industrial water supply and discharge, high building water supply, fire fighting applications, mining water discharge, long distance water transmit, and boiler water feeding, etc.

 

5. Reverse circulation water pipe (external bypass water pipe): the ZD series self-balancing multistage ring section centrifugal water pump is designed to remove the mechanical balance drum, balance disc, balance socket and similar part, but achieve the balancing function by reverse circulation water pipe. Such external bypass piping is designed for water flowing into the end of the pump from the suction side, and then reversely flow back to the discharge section in the middle, which makes the water flowing from both sides of the discharge section. It will balance the axial thrust caused by the high pressure impeller from both sides and escape the mechanical wears out as well as overloaded axial force of the traditional multistage pump, and ensure the stability and endurability of the pumpset.
