Flotation frother Q25, amber or dark brown oily liquid, with small odor. It is applicable to the beneficiation process of oxidized ore, nonferrous ore and precious metal ore with high mud content. The frother has uniform bubbles, large bubbles and good mineralization effect, which is conducive to improving the concentrate grade. The dosage is generally 5-30g / T.

Function of frother

1. Prevent bubble merging, so that the bubble dispersed in the pulp has a smaller diameter and a certain life [1].

2. Increase the mechanical strength of the bubble.

3. Decrease the velocity of bubbles and increase the residence time of bubbles in pulp.

4. The type and amount of stable bubbles affect the bubble size, viscosity and brittleness, and affect the flotation speed.
