A car wrap is a fairly new customization technique for vehicles where sheets of vinyl are applied to the painted surfaces of the car. In the past, it was used primarily for commercial vehicles as a way to advertise the company’s logo and services. Premium polymeric/cast wrapping film is a white gloss and soft 0.08/0.05mm (80/50 microns) vinyl, which has been, developed especially for easy application on cutting plotter systems for lettering, marking and decoration.
The polymeric/cast white wrapping film also produces outstanding print performance for printers using solvent, eco-solvent, latex and UV inks. It is suitable for vehicle wrapping applications, compound curves, corrugations and rivets.
A double PE coated moisture stable liner with white/grey removable adhesive to get block-out function. Bubble free (air-egress liner) is optional.
