Product Description
The round bottle automatic labeling machine adopts self-adhesive film roll labeling paper, and the labeling adopts the belt rubbing bottle method. It is equipped with automatic bottle separation, which can complete the bottle and labeling at one time. It can also be equipped with a color band coding machine to complete the label production synchronously. Date printing, this machine adopts Japan Mitsubishi PLC control, synchronous tracking, the label is controlled by a stepping motor, to ensure that the speed of the label is synchronized with the speed of the bottle. With positioning optical eye, positioning and labeling can be realized. It is a modern mechatronics product with excellent and reliable working performance. The self-adhesive labeling machine has the advantages of clean and sanitary, no mold, beautiful and firm after labeling, will not fall off by itself, and high production efficiency.
Work Process
1 the sensor detect the product,transmit the signal to labeling control system;
2 after the signal has been processed by the PLC,a label is send out at an appropriate time and attach on a desired position of the container;
3 the container go through the press plate unit,the press wheel lead the rotation of container,the label is pressed to fit smoothly, the labeling operation is finished.
